Richard's Variable Cypher is an unbreakable communication system which can only be decoded by the message recipient with the correct "key". This is not PGP, but is an advanced form of the one time pad.  Its purpose is to create a private network for global cryptographic privacy and authentication for secure data communication.

Its release will not be public. Richard's Variable Cypher will be made available to only one buyer.
