The celodecipioelucido esconder cypher 2 is an unbreakable communication system which can only be decoded by the message recipient with the correct "key". This is not PGP.  Its purpose is to create a private network for global cryptographic privacy and authentication for secure data communication.

Its release will not be public. CEC2 will be made available to only one buyer.
